Filming Permissions

ATTENTION: There will be a joint press conference on Tuesday, 31 March 2026 @ 15:00

Venue: Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem

The press conference will address the forthcoming celebration of Easter in the Holy Land and the situation of the Holy Places in light of the present circumstances of closure.

Please note: Owing to restrictions related to the current war situation, attendance will necessarily be limited. Video and footage of the celebrations will be done by the Christian Media Center (CMC) and LPJ Media only. The CMC will distribute footage to those who register.

PLEASE NOTE: - No permission will be given for filming in the Basilica of the Holy Sepulcher during the Holy Week of the Catholic (Latin) Church.

- Permission for filming in the Basilica of the Holy Sepulcher during the Holy Week of the Orthodox Churches will be granted only after proof of permit

from both the Greek and Armenian Orthodox Patriarchates has been received.

The Christian Media Center will provide access to their live broadcast of the principal liturgical celebrations for media outlets.
